CHALLENGE:

Create a template for the three IT Nation Secure Playbooks that needed to be created. Each version would need to be ended by the main IT Nation Secure team, so it had to be created in Microsoft Word. Each version also needed to match the current theme brand guidelines for The IT Nation, while also using specific colors that aligned with levels of security within the industry, predefined outside of The IT Nation.

SOLUTION:

I created three similar eBook covers using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, and exported them as JPGs that were placed on the cover of a Microsoft Word file. The logos and elements on the cover cannot be edited, but all the text is live and editable within Word. The table of contents is also live within Word and can be updated with the click of a button based on the content in the word document. I defied the heading styles within the document to ensure that the author of these books just had to choose the appropriate style and always have a consistent look.
