CHALLENGE:
Create 2 logo designs and a brochure and coaster design to go with it.
SOLUTION:
After drafting designs on paper, and then in Illustrator, I selected 2 logo designs to create the deliverable examples out of.

The first design leaned into the style of what luxury apartments in the area looked like, and what this company's other logos were like. The second design was inspired more by the location itself and fits in with the local vibe while also maintaining that luxury sleekness.

The examples shown here were rebranded and renamed to avoid conflicting with their SEO optimization, but I will link to my pitch deck here to see the presentation of the original artwork.
